The company was established in 1969 by the late Mr.  Singh (senior) and  the current owner Naresh Singh (with 36 years experience ) who joined the company in 1980 and re-branded the company to Sure-Build Construction in 1994 which was during the transitional stage of the new South Africa and small to medium businesses were awarded opportunities and benefits that were crucial for the integration of the company into the residential, commercial and industrial sectors.     

Sure-Build’s experience and expertise have afforded them the ability to construct and project manage many residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects.

Sure-Build construction prefers and uses old school construction methods but embraces the promotion of green building and workable modern technology. We use all SABS approved and South African manufactured materials wherever possible.

Sure-Build Construction sees their projects from initial design, submission of plans for municipal approval, engineers design, construction, project management to the final stage of site clearance on completion.
